About Me

My favorite thing about my work is when my clients begin to see a change in their lives because of the work we’ve been doing together. I love seeing their hard work pay off and the excitement that they bring to therapy when they start to see meaningful changes. It’s truly such a privilege to get to share a space with clients as they share their lives with me. Building connections and being a guiding hand in clients’ lives is such a humbling and fulfilling experience.

Helping others has always been an important value in my life and something I have found to be personally fulfilling. It may sound cliché, but I have always felt called to this line of work and knew that I could be a helping hand to many. I have always found so much joy when in the service of other people and social work was a way for me to not only help others, but also build meaningful connections.

When I’m not working, I love to do anything artistic! In another lifetime I was an Illustration major and even though I didn’t continue that route, art is such a great passion of mine. I also love to play videogames and travel when I can. A new thing that I’ve been enjoying outside of work is pushing myself to try new and challenging recipes for dinner. Making food for myself and others is such a great stress reliever and so fun!
