“People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” – Theodore Roosevelt
What I find most rewarding about working with clients is forming a genuine therapeutic connection as a tool to uplift & promote both healing and self acceptance.
I have always had the ability to feel deeply, allowing me to easily align in with this profession. I fell in love with the field of Psychology early on in my education, however, I quickly learned that I wanted to take a direct role in helping others, to enact tangible change in the lives of real people with real struggles.
Im my practice, the therapeutic alliance is everything to me. I offer unconditional positive regard and a down-to-earth, warm approach. In session, I invite you to come just as you are. Clients can expect to learn about coping skills, mindfulness, and anxiety management – to name a few!
As an introvert, I love to practice self-care in my free time, listen to jazz, cook, and spend time with my loved ones, pets, & plants!
