About Me

As Bessel A. van der Folk once wrote, “We are a hopeful species. Working with trauma is as much about remembering how we survived as it is about what is broken.” In my practice, I am passionate about trauma recovery. My interest in neuroscience research and trauma recovery helped lead me to this work, and I’m dedicated to supporting my clients as they process and heal. I love assisting my clients as they rebuild healthy relationships and resolve interpersonal conflict.

In my personal life, I enjoy reading, dancing, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
