My approach to working with my clients is rooted in the belief that humans can find solutions to the problems they face by learning to listen to and trust themselves. All too often this ability is silenced by experiences that influence how we feel, think, and behave in relation to others. After facing and working through my own hardships, I pursued a career in counseling so I can help guide others in resolving the issues that impact their well being and relationships. I love assisting clients in cultivating greater self-understanding and acceptance so they can trust what they feel and be more authentic in their lives. I strive to stay open-minded and am dedicated to serving people from all walks of life.
When I am not with clients, I enjoy being outside – cycling, hiking, and growing herbs, veggies, and flowers. I make time for daily meditation, and love listening to audiobooks and being with my loved ones.
