About Me

I love that I have had the unique privilege to witness the remarkable resilience in other people’s lives. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see individuals grow, heal, and flourish as they navigate and overcome their personal journeys. I am inspired every day by the trust and vulnerability shared by clients. Additionally, building meaningful connections with others and walking alongside them in their healing journey is truly rewarding.

I decided to enter this field because of my passion for helping others and my deep interest in understanding human behavior and emotions. I have always been drawn to listening to others, offering support, and seeking to understand their experiences. However, it wasn’t until the pandemic, when I realized that I wanted to channel this passion into a career where I could make a meaningful impact in other people’s lives.

I bring a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing compassionate care through a blend of holistic and evidence-based practices. I believe in the power of genuine connection and collaboration in therapy. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire and uplift others to realize their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, I like to immerse myself in hobbies that bring me joy through various creative outlets. I love journaling, photography, art, and all things beauty related. Additionally, I find solace in spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and unwinding at home with a cup of tea and a good show. When I’m not working, you can also find me at Disneyland!
