About Me

I’m driven by curiosity for understanding the world and I am passionate about personal growth. I enjoy collaborating with others on their journey of exploration and self-discovery. With a keen interest in psychology and a compassionate heart, I am dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges and find their path to fulfillment. Whether delving into the depths of human behavior or seeking inspiration from the world around them. I deeply enjoy acknowledging the mind and body connection and utilizing approaches that are person-centered with an open mind and a commitment to making a positive impact. Their journey is one of learning, growth, and the pursuit of meaningful connections.

I entered this line of work because I’ve always had a deep-seated curiosity about the human mind and behavior. Being able to support people, whether it’s through providing guidance, offering a listening ear, or sharing knowledge, brings me a sense of fulfillment like nothing else. It’s a privilege to be able to make a positive impact in people’s lives and to contribute to their well-being.

In my free time I like to go to the gym, read, and yoga.
