I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they build awareness and unlock long-held, unconscious habitual tension patterns that are inhibiting life energy, flow, and ease. I enjoy supporting my clients as they “connect the dots” to find understanding around the integration of feelings and experiences. Supporting couples in service of family wholeness is valuable to me; I hold a torch in honor of break-ups and relationship restructuring that is respectful and minimizes destruction to individuals and children.
I believe in the creative, vital life-force energy that resides in all beings. I grew up in a psychologically-minded family and have always felt comfortable in the realm of psychology; however, I spent the first two decades of my professional career in the arts, as a dancer, choreographer and therapeutic bodyworker. My decision to go back to graduate school and study Psychology was inspired by my desire to help people integrate the different and complementary wisdoms of the body, mind, and spirit. I am also inspired to support people in doing the hard work to recognize and change negative generational patterns
When I am not working, I enjoy playing the piano or ukulele, singing, writing, walking along the ocean or in the mountains, and spending time with my family.
