About Me

I consider our work together to be a process of healing arts where we create a new you. Together we co-create a new whole you, as healing means to become whole. I love the artistic process of creating a new you together, one that is more aligned with your authentic core self.

My own healing journey took me through the darkest of shadows to reach the lightest of light and I am inspired to witness others’ journeys while supporting them. I am blessed to have lived in 4 countries where each culture taught me to see the world through different eyes and thereby gave me a whole new world. Helping people heal feels like each person is allowing me to see the world through their eyes, which grows my consciousness as I gain a new world each time someone honors me with such depths of their truths.

In my personal life, I enjoy hiking, writing, meditating, kayaking, soccer, tennis, art/museums, cultural explorations, reading, and anything else that involves nature and animals. I am a creator and explorer, both internally and externally, as I enjoy diving deep into the depths of consciousness. I am also the founder of Steal Time Back. I like to break clocks and turn them into reminders to be present, and I enjoy writing children’s stories about being in the now.
