About Me

My main responsibilities are to plan and develop policies and procedures for our staff and to ensure company legal compliance. I work closely with all departments to create effective practices that keep us in compliance with lawful standards while also embracing the values of Bridges Therapy. I troubleshoot HR and employment-related issues as they arise, and do my best to anticipate the needs of everyone involved. My goal is that each member of the Bridges team feels valued, cared for, and respected each and every day.

There is no typical day in my work life and that’s one thing I love most about my job. Some days are filled with people, many days are filled with paperwork, but all days are filled with a drive to help those around me succeed in the work they do. I’m always looking for ways we can better take care of our employees so that they can better take care of both our clients and each other. My work also provides me a creative outlet by allowing me to create documents, guides, and other tools that are used in daily interactions with clients, clinicians, and prospective employees.

I love to help others and am proud that the work I do supports my team in doing the same. Outside of work, I focus my energies on family time with my husband, son, and baby on the way. My favorite parts of each day involve a dance party with my toddler in the middle of our living room in the afternoon, followed by a quiet evening spent with a good book.
