Director of Clinical Care

About Me

There are many moving parts to my job at Bridges, but my main focus is to take care of our clinicians. It’s my job to make sure our clinical staff is taken care of so they can focus on taking great care of their clients. I work hard to listen to our clinicians and to provide them with the tools and resources they need to do their jobs. I also work closely with our Clinical Supervisors to support our Associate clinicians on their pathway to licensure, and to make sure we’re providing the best mental health care possible by following best practices and policies.

As the Director of Clinical Care, I would like all of our clinicians, including prospective employees, to know that when they come to me, they can be open and honest with me. I am here to help them navigate general questions and concerns, and I work hard to provide them with a support system where they feel appreciated and cared for. The overall mission in my job is to make sure our clinical staff feel supported, appreciated, and cared for; that is what ties my work into the overall mission at Bridges – We take care of people who take care of people!

Taking care of people is what really fills my cup, and the work I do everyday aligns with what I have always wanted in life – a job where I know everyday I am helping better people’s lives. While I will rarely say no to an adventure, I also enjoy the simple things in life, like reading, listening to music, thrifting, and relaxing with my partner and 2 cats. I always say that a day I make someone laugh is a good day.
