About Me

What I love most about my work as a clinician is that it’s an honor and a privilege to hear someone’s life story. I get the opportunity to connect deeply with people, understand their unique experiences, and support them on their journey to better mental health. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness their growth and resilience, and to be a part of their process in overcoming challenges and achieving personal well-being.
I decided to enter into this line of work because I hope to destigmatize mental health across generations and cultures, as well as expand access and literacy. I am passionate about breaking down the barriers that prevent people from seeking help and ensuring that everyone has the knowledge and resources they need to take care of their mental health.
When I’m not working, you can often find me enjoying plants and nature. As an introvert, I also love recharging by watching TV and documentaries, as well as scrolling through TikTok. Balancing outdoor activities with quiet moments at home helps me stay refreshed and centered.
