As HR Coordinator, I help our new team members get started with a smooth onboarding experience. I also handle tasks like setting up payroll and answering HR questions. I complete profiles and applications to panel our clinicians with insurance payers, tracking progress and alerting our team when a clinician achieves in-network status. I work closely with our entire Admin team to keep things running well.
In many ways, my job is to make sure everything is organized behind the scenes so that our clinicians and clients have a great experience every day. For clients, this means a seamless experience as our clinicians focus on your care. For potential team members, I make joining us effortless, allowing you to dive right into making a difference. For our current team members, I am always available to answer your questions and concerns. I’m here to support your well-being and our mission of being “the people who take care of people” every step of the way.
I live in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley with my husband, two lively kids, and our playful pup. We’re all about outdoor fun – whether it’s the beach, hiking, or camping. When I’m not working, you’ll find me cheering on my kids at their sports events, enjoying a good book, or hosting friends for a delicious dinner. Life is a busy and fun mix of family, nature, and adventure.
